Cynthia Coker | CEO and Founder
Cynthia Coker is the founding owner, president and CEO of Asocia Group. Founded in 2006, Asocia
Group quickly became a leading information technology services provider and is one of the top diversity,
woman-owned companies in the United States. In 2008, Ms. Coker launched a second company,
Asocia Healthcare, a premier healthcare IT consulting and clinical staffing services provider. Ms. Coker
later expanded the company’s executive search division into a global executive search firm, Asocia
Executives.
Ms. Coker has over 15 years of experience in the Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) software and
consulting field. She has an extensive IT background which spans the healthcare, commercial, utilities/energy,
government and public sectors. Her background emcomposses enterprise-wide project software and
consulting sales and management, as well as assisting clients with critical staff augmentation needs.
Throughout her career she has developed long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor, and has
been assisting many of the same clients for over 15 years.
Prior to launching Asocia Group, Ms. Coker held key positions in sales and executive management with
leading healthcare, technology and services companies, including HBOC/McKesson, PeopleSoft, Oracle
Corporation and Capgemini. She is a frequent speaker on topics in information technology, women’s
leadership and executive recruiting. She currently serves as the Co-Director for Women In Technology
International(WITI) Atlanta and is the founder of Women to Boards.
